Getting Help

Most questions get answered in the documentation. If you need something specific, just email us. We respond during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

For the fastest help, include your part numbers and what you were trying to do when you got stuck. That saves us both time.

What We Cover

Inventory Pro runs in the cloud, so we handle the server, the database, and the app. If something breaks or acts wrong, that is on us.

We do not support your computer, your network, or third-party hardware. But email us anyway and we will point you in the right direction.

Rates

General Support: For work outside of your standard support coverage, our rate is $160/hour.

Emergency Support: For urgent issues that need immediate attention outside business hours, the rate is $240/hour.

Your Data

Your inventory data is backed up daily. We store it on Azure with redundancy across multiple locations. If something goes wrong on our end, your data is safe. See our Privacy & Data Policy for details.
