The mobile menu has two sections for less-frequent tasks: Other and Management. Other covers leasing. Management covers adding and viewing master data records like customers, items, and suppliers.
| Operation | Menu Section | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Lease Stock | Other | Create a new lease for a customer |
| View Leases | Other | See active leases |
| Add / View records | Management | Add or browse master data (items, customers, etc.) |
Use Lease Stock to check out inventory to a customer on a temporary basis. The item stays in your system but is marked as held for that customer until returned.
Lease Stock has two tabs: Lease and Review.
The Lease tab is where you build the transaction. The Review tab shows items you have queued so far.
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Filter | Narrow the item list |
| Item | Item to lease |
| Location | Where the item is stored |
| Units | Quantity to lease |
| Serial / Lot | Required for serialized or lot-tracked items |
| Customer | Filter field plus dropdown to select the customer |
| Return Date | Defaults to today |

Use Queue to add multiple items first, then tap Lease once to submit them all together. Check the Review tab to see what is in the queue before submitting.
View Leases shows a list of active leases. Tap a lease to see the items, quantities, customer, and return date. Use the desktop for full lease management including editing and reports.
The Management section shows add and view screens for master data. The items listed depend on how your system is configured. A typical setup includes:
These screens let mobile users add new records or browse existing ones without going to the desktop. The fields shown match the screen setup configured in the admin system.
Tap an Add option to open a blank entry form. Tap a View option to browse the list and tap a record to see its details.
The Certify Item page records a certification or inspection against a specific item. It is available at the direct URL (#certify) but does not appear in any menu. Your administrator can share the link if your site uses it.
