The Certification Inspections module provides a display interface for viewing quality certification and inspection records. This system allows users to access inspection documentation through RFID scanning or record lookup, with integrated printing capabilities for professional certificates.

Accessing Inspection Records

RFID Access

1. Navigate to Inventory → Inventory → Certification Inspections
2. Scan item RFID tag
3. System displays inspection record automatically

Record ID Access

1. Navigate to Inventory → Inventory → Certification Inspections
2. Specify record ID in URL parameter
3. View inspection documentation

Inspection Record Information

Each inspection record displays:

• Date: Inspection date and timestamp
• Item ID: Part number and description
• Serial/RFID: Item serial number or RFID identifier
• Technical Data: RPM, temperature limits, specifications
• Inspector: Employee name and identification
• Location: Inspection location/department
• Recipient: Person receiving inspected item
• Notes: Additional inspection observations

Printing Capabilities

Certificate Generation

1. Open inspection record via RFID or record ID
2. Click “Print Page” for formatted certificate
3. System generates professional inspection documentation
4. Print multiple copies as needed

Certificate Format

• Company identification and branding
• Complete item details and specifications
• Inspector information and signature
• Inspection results and compliance status
• Date and location information

Mobile Integration

The system supports mobile device access for field inspections:

• Mobile Access: View records on mobile devices
• RFID Scanning: Mobile RFID scanner support
• Print Queue: Mobile print job management
• Real-time Sync: Immediate data synchronization

Security and Access

• Permission Required: Security ID 293 for system access
• Employee Integration: Links with employee database
• Signature Tracking: Electronic signature management
