Pick the right thermal printer for your small business. From budget Rollo models to industrial Zebra units, we'll help you find the one that fits.
Thermal printers don't use ink. They heat up a tiny printhead that directly prints on special label paper. That means no cartridges to replace, no toner to mess with, and a lot less stuff to break.
For most small businesses, a desktop thermal printer is all you need. They print fast, they're cheap to run, and the labels hold up fine in a warehouse or stockroom.
InventoryPro prints barcode labels that work with every printer on this list. No special setup required.

Rollo printers are popular with small businesses because they're affordable, plug in, and start printing right away. No complicated setup.
Zebra is the most trusted name in barcode printing. These desktop models are built tougher than the competition and handle daily warehouse use without breaking down.
The ZT610 is a workhorse. It's built to run all day, every day, in harsh environments. If you're printing hundreds of labels a shift in a factory or cold storage warehouse, this is the one to get.

| If you see... | Try this first... |
|---|---|
| Blank labels | Check if labels are loaded the right way. Thermal paper only prints on one side. |
| Faint or light print | Increase the darkness or density setting in your printer settings. |
| Skipping labels | Run a calibration. On Rollo, hold the top button until you hear one beep, then release. |
| White lines through print | Clean the printhead with rubbing alcohol. If lines keep showing up, the printhead may be worn out. |
Wipe the printhead and roller with a cloth and rubbing alcohol every time you change a roll. Dust and glue buildup cause most print quality problems.
Turn it off, unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. This fixes most glitches and connection issues.
Hold the top button until you hear one beep, then release. The printer will feed a few labels and adjust to the size you're using.
Solid red means the label roll is empty or the door is open. Flashing red means it needs calibration. Check the door first.
