Inventory Pro is made by CISS Ltd., founded in 1996 by Ben Spalding. We have been building inventory software for almost 30 years.

1. How is Inventory Pro Licensed?
   • Based on concurrent users - how many people use it at the same time. Monthly or annual billing.
2. How does it work?
   • Inventory Pro runs in the cloud on Microsoft Azure. Nothing to install. Sign up and access it from any browser.
3. Do I need to install something?
   • No. Just open your browser and go to your Inventory Pro address. The mobile app is available from the App Store and Google Play.
4. How is Inventory Pro Billed?
   • Monthly or annual billing. Cancel anytime.
5. How do backups work?
   • Automatic backups run daily to multiple locations. Your data is encrypted and safe.
6. Is my device supported by Inventory Pro Mobile?
   • Yes. Any phone or tablet released in the last 3 years will work. Older devices usually work too, but check with us if you are unsure.
7. Is my web browser supported?
   • Chrome or Firefox work best. Edge and Safari work too.
8. How do I set up locations?
   • Create warehouses, zones, and bin locations to match how your space is organized. See our documentation for a walkthrough.
9. Can I set different prices for the same item?
   • Yes. You can set up multiple price levels for buying and selling, and track what different suppliers charge.
10. Can an item have more than one name?
    • Yes. Item aliases and supplier catalog entries let you look up the same item by different names or part numbers.
11. Do you have a report for that?
    • Probably. There are over 260 built-in reports. If you need something custom, we can build it.
